1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free tracked shipping within the UK on all orders.


2. How long does delivery take?

  • UK: 2 business days (Same-day dispatch if ordered before 4:00 PM British Time, Monday–Friday)

  • Europe: 2–11 business days (£14.99 shipping fee)

  • International (Outside Europe): 3–17 business days (£23.99 shipping fee)

All orders include tracking.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information (Evri or Royal Mail in the UK).


4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


6. Do you accept exchanges?

We recommend placing a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures you receive your preferred item faster.


7. What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials

8. How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If it takes longer than 15 business days, please email us.


9. Do you follow the EU 14-day cooling-off period?

Yes. If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it, even without a specific reason.
